Free Consultation
Initial consultations and matching services from Optain are free. We are compensated by our lending partners when funding is successfully placed.
Service Fees
Any specific service fees that may apply to certain products will be clearly disclosed before you commit. Fees for completed services are generally non-refundable.
Lender Fees
Origination fees, closing costs, and other fees charged by lending partners are governed by the agreements between you and the lender. Optain cannot refund fees charged by third-party lenders.
Cancellation
You may cancel your engagement with Optain at any time before signing a binding loan agreement. Once a loan is funded, cancellation is governed by the terms of the loan agreement and applicable law.
